Delete your VIBE account

In the app – instantly

In VIBE, open Einstellungen (Settings) and tap Konto löschen (Delete account).
Confirm by typing LÖSCHEN.
Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can no longer get into the app, email support@thiaslab.de with the subject “Delete VIBE account” – please from your account’s email address and with your username. We delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

your account including username, email address, password hash and any Apple or Google sign-in (we revoke an Apple sign-in with Apple)
your profile photo, your character and unlocked items
your progress including level, missions, crowns and gems, and your purchase data
your friends list, pending requests, friend chat and your world chat messages

Reports you made or that concern you are kept to prevent abuse. Settings and favourites are stored only on your device; they disappear when you delete the app.

Premium subscription: deleting your account does not cancel a running subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple or Google account settings. Purchased gems are lost with the account.
